Caribbean Getaway emerged from the aftermath of the destructive hurricanes Irma and Maria. Both our residence and numerous others suffered extensive damage from these hurricanes. In response, we acquired multiple properties that had been harmed by the hurricanes, and then proceeded to renovate and revitalize them. In doing so, we breathed new life into these properties that were in need of rejuvenation. Our endeavor is not that of a large corporation or a dominating rental entity. Rather, it’s a modest assortment of units, all under the diligent care of a single family.
Despite the considerable toll exacted by Irma and Maria on this region, our affection for the island remained unshaken. Our devotion to sharing this location with others and unveiling its inherent beauty endures. We extend a warm invitation to experience our island abode and are committed to aiding you in savoring every aspect of it to the utmost.
Caribbean Getaway is proud to have hosted multiple agencies and missions teams at our properties. Agencies like FEMA workers, National Guard, Coast Guard, FEMA Subcontractors, and other government employees are welcome. We are willing, and able, to cater to these unique needs and understand the government standards for housing. Including the need for confidentiality for those that stay with us! We are able to work with each companies needs and do not require full year contracts on our houses for government employees, subcontractors, and mission work stays. We love our business clientel and understand that contracted workers need more flexibilty than someone coming to stay in the VI long term or just for vacation.
